hOM's Practical Immersion is a space where teachers identify, attune, and practice embodying new language, movements, and ways of being to move their teaching from good to great.
The best candidates are 200-hr certified, but unseasoned. If you are looking for more experience practicing teaching live (and receiving feedback on it) to move into a career in Group/Private Fitness, this training is for you. We'll explore exercises in a group learning atmosphere to discover what being a great teacher and leading a great class mean to you, and discern personal achievable goals to make it happen every time. You'll receive personal feedback on your teaching after every single weekend.
Time commitment: Saturdays and Sundays 2:30-5:30pm for 6 consecutive weekends.
Demo Day: Our Immersion culminates in a Demo Day, where influencers and hiring mangers from studios and businesses (and hOM) will be in attendance to check out your teaching, directly connecting you with job opportunities.
